The 'skinlight' creams are great, however, correct brushes are a must to get that smokey eye look which everyone so admires. Smokey eyes can be done lightly for day wear, heavier if for evening wear.Blending, blending, blending is the key for natural looking eyes. This is time consuming and requires patience. If this skinlight palette migrates into the creases of your eyes, it isn't the product, it is YOU and your lack of experience at blending this product. Also, a primer is a necessity for a smooth looking natural and evening wear appearance. A primer makes the eye shadows (powder or cream) long lasting and STOPS that migrating into the crease.You will see a difference, I did when I learned how to do it and made the purchases of good brushes and watched the videos on how to make smokey eye look with cream eye shadows.

Great Bird Feeder
I bought this through Amazon a couple of months ago. It is very well crafted and the copper matches my other bird feeders. I have not had any problems with squrrils, and the goldfinch love it. Birds came to it right away. I strongly recommend Droll Yankee products. I have replaced MANY tube feeders over the years. This one seems built to last.

lovely looking
The bird feeder is very attractive and solid. It's my fault that I have a poor sense of proportion and size.You'll have to fill the feeder every day.For reasons that are my own problem, I pictured it being bigger and holding more.The design on the bottom is what I especially like because the seed falls instead of becoming all rancid in a trayor bottom lip.

Good hardcore from Most Precious Blood
Well, I just bought the record and honestly, I think it's a great hardcore album. I am a hardcore fan ( Shai Hulud, Eighteen Visisons, Throwdown ) and this is one of the only records that I can sit down and actually listen to all the way through. The singer just puts so much passion in his singing and it's more than a hardcore album; it's a great buy.

4.25 stars if possibleI recently saw Most Precious Blood in concert and I bought this CD. I'm glad that I did. Guitarist Rachel and vocalist Rob signed it. Speaking of whom, Rob Fusco, formerly of One King Down, replaced former vocalist Tom Sheehan sometime after 2001's "Nothing In Vain" was released. Their vocal styles are very different, but I personally perfer Rob's vocal sound. This album's cover art depicting the virgin Mary with dynamite strapped around her stomach was very controversial. After meeting with R.E.D., Trustkill Records' distribution company, and refusing to change the cover art, the band was allowed to keep it as is but a sticker would be put on the shrinkwrapping at WalMart. Inside the CD case, along with the booklet there was a Trustkill Records insert, a petfinder.com insert, and a peta2.com insert.The album opens with the explosive first single, "The Great Red Shift". It ends with the standout lyrics "Don't lie to me...

I saw this band live a couple years ago and thought they were cool, but I didn't plan on checking out any albums or seeing them again. Didn't that change?!?....This album is great. Thank god for MPB
A couple things are worth mentioning here. Number 1, Trustkill generally had an awful year. 6 records and 3 of them were complete and total busts (those busts being Fight Paris, Bedlight For Blueeyes, and Bullet For My Valentine). Thankfully, Open Hand, Throwdown, and Most Precious Blood all delivered.Number 2, A few years ago, this may not have felt as original as it does now due to the fact that independent music is basically oversatured with metalcore bands doing the swedish metal thing, so Merciless actually feels very refreshing with its more traditional hardcore sound.Number 3, Rob Fusco finally has impressed me as a vocalist. He has this ability to stretch and echo his voice unlike I've heard any other singer do and as a whole, Merciless is in fact the best album MPB has ever released. There's a few scattered breakdowns, but generally this album flys at a breakneck speed. Shark Ethic is probably the best, most epic sounding song they've ever written...

A Really "Merciless" Record [4.5 Stars]
Wherever you fall in the realm of hardcore music listening, whether it be just a casual surveyor or a diehard elitist, it is most likely that you have at least stumbled across the name Most Precious Blood. And with good reason too, since these guys are one of the few acts today we seem bent on taking hardcore back to its real roots. Although the band is both straight edge and vegan, you do not have to be either to enjoy the music. In fact this is far from the preachy "my way or no way" lyrics or a band like say Earth Crisis. MPB just do what they do best; Bring the rukus."Merciless" is probably all around the strongest record this band has released thus far. Now of course fans are immediately going to be crying "Nothin In Vein! Nothing In Vein!" and if that is your favorite record, it's understandable. However dismissing the music the band is currently putting out because Tom is no longer the frontman is simply foolish. Most Precious Blood still embody the true spirit of...

Found Something More Precious Than Gold
I always had an interest in buying a metal detector but like so many other things, the idea got back burnered. Then a couple of weeks ago I was gardening in my backyard when I looked down at my hands and to my dismay discovered that my wedding ring was missing. Now I had been digging for the better part of an hour and had no idea at what point in time it had fallen off. My frantic efforts to find it were to no avail. I sat slumped for a moment and then it hit me - now more than ever is a great time to buy that metal detector you always wanted. I immediately went on-line, read a few reviews, and decided on the Bounty Hunter VLF. It arrived a week later and I couldn't wait to try it out. Assembly was very easy and it was no time before I was outside. It literally wasn't a minute before the machine beeped. I dropped to my knees, dug, and found my ring! Need I say more. For $50 you can't go wrong
This is my first metal detector. I don't know that I'll make a hobby out of it. I mostly wanted to locate pipes in the back yard.Having said that, it seems to be a decent unit. Of course, I haven't tried a super duper detector, so I don't know what I'm missing.But, for example, I've found a dime down at 4 inches, at the transition between the driveway and grass. No need for ground balance and such. It's automatic.I'm learning the tones and, while I can't tell you what I'm going to find given a certain tone, it does disc out iron, killing off a lot of trash. I'm now at the point that when it says something is there with disc set, it's now more interesting to dig.One thing that doesn't seem very accurate is the pin pointing. Or maybe I don't know what I'm doing. But I can get a definite signal at a definite spot, do the same orthogonally, lower the sens to define the spot better, dig the spot, only to find the signal has "moved" a few...
